About Us
We have many years of delivering training to managers within the Further Education Sector working with many organisations throughout the UK. Having been managers ourselves we have learned that managers required various essential skills to help them succeed in their roles.
We have set up a business that offers a different style of management training, using our own ‘easy to remember’ model, drawing on the traditional management theories and models but making them relevant and useful.
We have a drive and enthusiasm to make the managers of the UK the best in the world at a time when those skills are needed more than ever and aim to do this through relevant, useful training that sticks and is used.

Vision
We aim to provide managers with easy to remember, useful, training that focuses on the essential skills that all managers need. Our view is that following Brexit and the Covid pandemic, there has never been a more appropriate time in the modern age where organisations need to maximise the potential of their management teams. Quite simply, managers need training.
Values
- Quality – governed by us, verified using CPD verification. We make sure our programmes are impactful and our aim is simple – you will see your managers improve.
- Affordable – traditionally management training programmes are expensive. There is no reason for this. The more expense involved, the fewer managers get trained. We aim to address this and make management training available to all.
- Short – there are no long programmes and no rigid apprenticeship frameworks to follow. We follow a logical model that is easy to understand. Homework is unpopular and always debatable as to whether this helps embeds knowledge. All our courses have a ‘no homework’ element, but we do make managers ‘think’. Our courses are one-day, require no follow-up and provide the essential tools for managers to draw upon.
- Fair – everyone is welcome. All we ask is that everyone attends with a commitment to practise what they’ve been taught.
