All we ask for is that the three different levels we have identified are kept with managers of that same level. If you are unsure, please ask us and we will advise.
- Team leaders/supervisors – those who lead and manage operational staff
- Middle managers – those who lead and manage team leaders/supervisors
- Senior managers – those who lead and manage middle managers and/or team leaders/supervisors.
Course duration: 9.00 – 4.00 (Includes 1 x 30 minute break, 2 x 15 minute breaks)
