Course duration: 9.30 – 4.30 (Includes 1 x 30 minute break, 2 x 15 minute breaks)

Morning Session

• Short introductions and opening quiz
• Understanding Leadership, what it is and what it isn’t
• Understanding the Leadership culture of businesses

Break

• Understanding Leadership Styles (Autocratic, Democratic, Pragmatic, Laissez Faire)

Lunch

Afternoon Session

• Understanding John Adair (Action Centred Leadership)
• Understanding Hersey and Blanchard (Situational Leadership)

Break

• How to be assertive and objective
• How to lead difficult people and maximise strengths and address weaknesses

Summary
